Happy Tuesday, everyone!
Thanksgiving is just two days away! I’m so excited! Who else is excited for Thanksgiving and spending time with friends and family?! What are y’all’s plans for the Thanksgiving holiday? Any special traditions? I’m spending today doing laundry and packing to go to my parents’ house for the weekend. My family and I usually celebrate the holiday at either of the grandparents’ houses with all the cousins, aunts, and uncles that can come. On my mom’s side of the family, we like to dress up the occasion by using the finer place settings and wearing something nice. We usually work together to prepare everything and when the food is ready, we set the table and we go around to each person at the table and share what we are thankful for! Then we pray and enjoy all the delicious food! My most favorite thing is spending time with all my family and sharing the happiness.
Anywho, I just wanted to get on here and share a fun fall outfit that I wore on Sunday to church. Sophia didn’t want to be left out of the action, so she took some pictures with me 🙂 This dress is probably now one of my favorites. It’s fun and frilly. It’s great for any holiday party. And the ruffles add such a feminine touch. They just make things so much more fun and girly! This is a great dress for Thanksgiving if you like to dress up, but it’s also great for a New Years Eve party! You could add some sparkle to the dress by wearing metallic shoes or sparkling jewelry! It really is a pretty versatile dress.
I would love to hear what you all do for Thanksgiving! Whether you’re sticking to the original traditions or starting new ones, if you’re traveling or staying home! You can leave your comments in the comment section at the bottom of this post or share on my last post on social media.
Thank you for stopping by!
xoxo, K 🙂
